Rachel Tibbetts is a Lighting Designer from San Diego, California. She recently graduated from California Institute of the Arts (CalArts), where she earned her BFA in Design and Production with a concentration in Lighting Design.

While at CalArts, Rachel worked on dance, theatrical, immersive, and live event productions. Throughout her studies, Rachel developed skills in designing, drafting, rendering, and programming lighting for all production types.

Rachel has recently worked as an electrician for the Old Globe Theatre, an Assistant Lighting Designer for The Luckiest at La Jolla Playhouse, and a drafting intern at Silent House Productions.
